Yes! You can have your Drivoza delivered to a partner distributor within our network for free (the list of partners is available during the order process or on our website). Alternatively, we can deliver it to your address for just €300, within a 50 km radius of a Drivoza partner distributor.
When will I be contacted for delivery?
To schedule your Drivoza delivery, make sure all documents required for vehicle registration and payment are completed at least 30 days before your planned delivery date. This includes full payment or financing approval (via SIKO Mobility, if applicable). Once everything is set, our team will reach out to coordinate the delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes between 45 days and 3 months, depending on availability and the specific delivery conditions. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Who handles the registration process for my Drivoza? Do I need to pay any fees?
Don’t worry about registration! Drivoza handles everything for you, no extra cost. We take care of all the paperwork, including the registration request and delivery fee – you don’t have to lift a finger!
When should I insure my vehicle?
Your Drivoza must be insured by the day of delivery, so make sure everything’s ready to go!
Can I handle the registration myself?
For cash purchases, yes! You can register your Drivoza yourself via the National Secure Titles Agency (https://ants.gouv.fr). We’ll send you all the necessary details (VIN number and Certificate of Conformity), and once you provide us with the Provisional Registration Certificate, we’ll proceed with preparation and delivery. Keep in mind that any delays on your part may push back your delivery!
Can I cancel my order before delivery?
Yes! You can cancel your order anytime before the vehicle is delivered if you’ve paid in full. If you’ve financed your vehicle, you can cancel anytime before signing the contract.
Can I cancel my immediate payment order before delivery? Will I be fully refunded?
Yes! For cash orders, you can cancel at any time before delivery, and you’ll receive a full refund, as per our terms and conditions.
Can I retract after the vehicle is delivered?
For cash orders, you have 14 days after delivery to retract. If financed, you have 14 days after signing the contract. For full details on cancellation or retraction, check the General Terms and Conditions on our website. You’ll be refunded according to the agreed terms.
